At SwitchKeys, we want to ensure your mechanical keyboard experience is perfect, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unused and original-packaged electronics. If your gear doesn't meet your expectations or arrives with a defect, our streamlined process ensures a quick resolution.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your SwitchKeys account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original manufacturer packaging, including all switches, keycaps, and cables, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the exterior.
Ship to Service Center
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location to be sent to our quality control facility.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the condition of the hardware, we will process your refund or store credit back to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
